Project manager (m/f)

The Role

As experienced project manager (m/f) you will support our globally operating clients in the automotive and aerospace industry during the design and delivery stages of international projects. In doing so you will assist with the delivery of product and process engineering projects, train staff and coordinate logistical workflows and relevant subcontractors. You will share responsibility for systematic knowledge management.

The Candidate

  • A first class or upper-second class bachelors or masters degree preferably in process engineering, mechanical engineering or in a related technical discipline plus experience in production engineering or quality management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience delivering international projects, if possible, with development responsibility in the automotive and/or aerospace sector
  • VDA, QS 9000, Lean Management and/or Six Sigma certification would be very welcome
  • Ability to cope with pressure and a flexible approach towards diverse project requirements
  • Strong social skills in dealing with international teams
  • Confidence to manage critical project phases
  • Absolute willingness to travel and work overseas
  • Negotiation skills in German, English and ideally another foreign language

The Role
